How to Make a Smeltery in Sky Factory 4

In Sky Factory 4, a smeltery is a powerful tool that can be used to smelt ores, create alloys, and produce other useful items. It is made from a variety of materials, including cobblestone, iron, and gold.

To make a smeltery, you will need the following materials:

  • 10 cobblestone
  • 5 iron ingots
  • 2 gold ingots
  • 1 bucket of lava
  • 1 bucket of water

Once you have gathered the necessary materials, you can begin to build your smeltery. First, place the 10 cobblestone in a 3×3 square on the ground. Then, place the 5 iron ingots in a 3×3 square on top of the cobblestone. Next, place the 2 gold ingots in a 2×2 square in the center of the iron ingots. Finally, place the bucket of lava in the top left corner of the smeltery and the bucket of water in the bottom right corner.

Once you have filled the smeltery with the necessary materials, you can light it on fire by using a flint and steel. The smeltery will then begin to smelt ores and create other items.

1 Craft a Smeltery Controller using 4 Gold Ingots, 4 Cobblestone, and 1 Bucket of Lava.
2 Place the Smeltery Controller on the ground.
3 Craft a Smeltery Drain using 4 Gold Ingots, 4 Cobblestone, and 1 Bucket of Water.
4 Place the Smeltery Drain on the ground next to the Smeltery Controller.
5 Craft a Smeltery Tank using 4 Gold Ingots, 4 Cobblestone, and 1 Bucket of Water.
6 Place the Smeltery Tank on the ground next to the Smeltery Controller and Smeltery Drain.
7 Craft a Smeltery Auger using 4 Gold Ingots, 4 Cobblestone, and 1 Bucket of Lava.
8 Place the Smeltery Auger on the ground next to the Smeltery Controller, Smeltery Drain, and Smeltery Tank.
9 Connect the Smeltery Controller, Smeltery Drain, Smeltery Tank, and Smeltery Auger with Redstone Wire.
10 Place a Smeltery Fuel Source (such as Coal or Charcoal) in the Smeltery Controller.
11 Place an Item in the Smeltery Tank.
12 Right-click the Smeltery Controller to open the GUI.
13 Select the Item you want to smelt from the Input Slot.
